PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.
CodeData ("CodeData Software Solutions, Inc." or "CodeData Software Solutions S.A.") grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software - Code2Html, and any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein. The program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author or authors be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that you have read this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms as the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us, superseding any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this license agreement. The sale of and/or distribution of Code2Html full version applications and/or licenses (registration key files) is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of full version applications and/or key files of Code2Html.
You may evaluate the unregistered shareware version (trial version) of Code2Html forever without any charge. You may distribute this Software or allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered shareware version of Code2Html. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this License Agreement. Any actions of crack, unpack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble and/or modify to Code2Html is strictly forbidden. You will be charged with any risks and loss yourself for doing these illegal actions. All these may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that: 1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by CodeData. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. 2. The distribution does not include full version applications and/or registration key files. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece of the Software. 3. No money is charged to the person receiving the Software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.
This Software and its source code are proprietary products of CodeData and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this License.
This License Agreement is effective until it is terminated. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying or returning to CodeData all copies of the Software and documentations in your possession or under your control. CodeData may terminate this License Agreement for any reason, including, but not limited to, if CodeData finds that you have violated any of the terms of this License Agreement. Upon notification of termination, you agree to destroy or return to CodeData all copies of the Software and documentations and to certify in writing that all known copies, including backup copies, have been destroyed. All provisions relating to confidentiality, proprietary rights, and non-disclosure shall survive the termination of this Software License Agreement.
The Software is supplied "AS IS". CodeData disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.
CodeData assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if CodeData has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
Code2Html is either trademarks or registered trademarks of CodeData Software Solutions, Inc., and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of CodeData. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners. |
