How can I order your products?

You can purchase our products using any of the following methods:

1. Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

2. Wire Transfers and Bank Transfers.

3. PayPal.

4. Check and Cash.

5. Fax and Phone.

Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form. It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and generally the product you ordered itself, will be sent to this e-mail address. We recommend carefully entering the address twice to avoid any errors and to avoid delays in processing your order.

Lastly, please select your payment type and currency, and confirm all entries by clicking on "Next Step". On the next page, you can recheck your information and make any necessary corrections.

Click on "Order Now" to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation page.

You can print out your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice" then a copy of this receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.

What currencies do you accept?

You can buy most products in the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krona and Japanese Yen.

Can I use free email address for ordering your products?

E-mail is our primary method of corresponding with you, most our products are delivered via e-mail, and you will receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail.

So we recommend that you use a "non-free" email address to buy our products. The orders that placed with free email address accounts from free services, such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or AOL, would most possibly be a little slow for manual anti-fraud checking.

How can I order a CD-ROM for backup?

You can purchase our products' CD-ROM through Plimus and ShareIt. The CD must be purchased at the same time as the licence(s).

CD-ROM costs USD $9.99 at Plimus, or USD $9.95 at ShareIt, in addition to the cost of the product's licence, and the Shipping is free. Shipment by mail can take 3 to 25 business days.

What exactly will I receive if I order your products?

1. The downloadable link for the full version product.

2. A license key code to unlock the full version to a registered copy.

3. Registration includes free updates, free support, free updates notification email service to future software products.

4. The display of your name on the About dialog box of the product.

What will happen after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

If you chose to pay by credit / debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately.

If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact Plimus or ShareIt customer service directly or our sales.

Can I order by Fax or Phone?

If you prefer to order via phone or fax, you can do so from our resellers Plimus or ShareIt. Please select follow the order page to order our software products by toll-free phone, fax or mail.

Will you accept a purchase order from my company?

Yes - we do accept purchase orders from companies, organizations, sites, and educational institutions for Site License. Business customers can generally place a Purchase Order through the customer service of Plimus or ShareIt. Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.

All Purchase Orders must include the following information so that our resellers Plimus and Shareit can process your order:

1. The product name and the product ID number (You can get the ID from the order links that point to our resellers' payment system).

2. The number of units you wish to order.

3. The name to which the product should be licensed.

4. Your company's billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.

5. Contact name, phone number and fax number.

6. The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery.

7. The currency you would like to order in (if applicable).

If this information is complete, Plimus or ShareIt customer service will be able to process your order without delay.

Can I wire transfer (T/T) the registration fee to you directly?

Yes - If you don't want to use your credit card, or haven't credit card, or have difficulty with paying in our resellers online pay system, you could wire the registration fee to us directly. You can contact our sales to get the detailed information of our bank account for wire transfer, and you can expect a response to your inquiry within one business day.

Please note there is NO VAT (Value-Added Tax) fee will be collected by us on using direct wire transfer, and we do not offer CD Delivery.

What is this charge on my credit card / debit card statement?

Your credit card has been billed by Plimus or ShareIt in the name of CodeData. You should have received an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail at the time when your credit card was charged.

How long does it take for my license file to arrive?

As soon as your order has arrived here we will send a registration email with your registration code attached and some additional instructions required to unlock full version. This procedure might take up to 12 hours, but usually your order will be fulfilled within a couple of hours only.

Please note the orders that placed with free email address accounts would most possibly be a little slow for manual anti-fraud checking, so we recommend that you use a "non-free" email address to buy our products.

How will I receive my invoice?

When ordering online, you have the option of printing your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the page displayed last.

You will also receive an e-mailed invoice together with your order confirmation.

What is your company's upgrade policy?

It is the policy of CodeData to make all its products available for one time free major updates, and free technical support. We will send you newsletters about the availability of new product builds, major or minor upgrades, patches or bug fixes.

What about my privacy?

We (CodeData Inc.) will NEVER receive any information of your credit card. We just receive your necessary personal information (full name and email address) from our resellers - Plimus or ShareIt, to send the license to you.

We (CodeData Inc.) will NOT use your e-mail address that we receive from Plimus or ShareIt, other than sending the program update notification or the program related information.

Can I use my 'Single-User License' on all my machines?

No - one single-user license is for your two computers only, using one single-user license on more than two computers or multi-user network is strictly forbidden. Please read License Agreements for more information.

If you need more licenses, the volume discounts and the site license are available for your company.

I have registered your software, but I have lost my license key, help me!

Please email the full name and the email box that you used for registration to us, we will get it back from our database and resend it to you as soon as possible. You can contact our sales.

Can I refund the software to your company?

No - a refund or return is not possible. We do not offer refunds on software where the unlock key code (license file) has already been sent to the customer. Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to download, install, and test-drive the evaluation versions that we provide.

We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility. This allows our customers to make an informed purchasing decision. Once that purchase has been made, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. We feel this policy is consistent with the major software retailers worldwide.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies.

Therefore, CodeData does not accept product returns or exchanges. You are expected to be satisfied with the product before purchasing. There is NO EXCEPTION from this policy.

By placing an order for a CodeData's product, you do acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the above conditions.

By placing an order for any of your software products and/or services you do confirm that:

1. You have downloaded and tested the trial version(s) of the software product(s) before.

2. You have checked our product(s) for system compatibility with your own PC system and configuration.

3. You know that a refund is impossible once the registration email(s) have been sent to you.
